Both my kids started drinking yogurt on top of their daily breast milk
consumption when they turned one. My little girl enjoys drinking her own yogurt. When I introduced
yogurt, she just takes a sip from her kuya’s drink. Then lolo Lino bought her
own small yogurt, she enjoys it more.
No wonder they enjoy yogurt
because their Nanay enjoys it too J
