One sunny Sunday afternoon, I
decided to try the baking function of the Philips Air Fryer. It did not fail me

I used a fudge brownie premix
to help me in this trial and error baking project. Just followed the directions
at the back and voila! I have an instant dessert.
Since my mother and I found
this new tempting ice cream flavor, it is now a mainstay in the fridge every
weekend. I also have a sweet tooth that is why I have this urge to always try
something new and experiment.
My version of brownie a la mode!
